Our Florida New Home, Condo & Townhome Rebate Program offers new home buyers a great opportunity to purchase New Homes, Pre-construction, and New Construction and Save Thousands of Dollars with our 50% Cash Back Rebate Incentives. We reward proactive buyers who search out and locate new homes but still want to use the services of a professional Florida real estate agent. These Florida new construction or pre-construction home buyers receive 50% of the buyers agents commission.
We share our Real Estate Commission with New Home Buyers that use us as their referring Real Estate Buyer’s Agent. These rebates do not affect any incentives that builders are offering. These rebates are in addition to any incentives you receive from Builders Promotional Programs.
Our professional services are free to you! Florida home builders will compensates us for our services. Some home builders in Florida will compensate on the "base sale price" of the home, not on any upgrades. Typically builders pay the buyers real estate agent a 3% commission. Some buyers pay less or more - The Rebates Buying New Homes in Florida incentive will reimburse 50% of the total Buyer's Agents Commission- there is no cap on the amount.
On your $200,000 home, you can receive $3000 in rebates. On your $400,000 home, you can receive a $6,000 rebate. On a $1,000,000 home, you can receive $15,000 in rebates.

Step 5 – Close on your new home. You will receive a 50% rebate check of the total commission paid to the buyer's real estate agent.
